Phosphate Powder

Rock Phosphate is a pulverized form of sedimentary rock which is widely utilized in fertilizer industry as a rich source of phosphorus, in animal feed supplements, food preservatives, and water treatments. Also known as phosphorite, it is known to assure healthy growth of plants including vegetables & flowers. This compound also finds application in metallurgy and anti-corrosion formulations. Rock Phosphate is also required in pharmaceuticals and chemical industry for making different grades of reagents. It has dark brown colored granular appearance that is processed by different steps including washing, screening, de-liming, and magnetic separation.

Trisodium Phosphate is widely utilized in formulation of cleaning agents, as a flux for hard soldering, and as acidity regulator in food industry with E number E339. It is known to have chemical formula Na3PO4 with melting point of 1,583 degrees Celsius in anhydrous form. This is an inorganic compound which produces alkaline solution when dissolved in water. It is also utilized for deglossing & degreasing of walls before paint application. Trisodium Phosphate also has ability to decrease flow point of glazes in ceramic production. It can be prepared by neutralization of phosphoric acid with sodium carbonate using NaOH.
